These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website drfernwhite.com and practiceyourpassion.com, your registration for any masterclass or event, and your enrolment in any programme offered by Practice Your Passion Pty Ltd (ABN 92 675 949 774 · ACN 675 949 774), operated by Dr Fern White, of 374 Montague Street, Albert Park VIC 3206, Australia.
By accessing our website, registering for an event, or purchasing a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
— "We", "us", "our" means Practice Your Passion Pty Ltd and Dr Fern White — "You", "your" means the person accessing our website, registering for an event, or purchasing a programme — "Programme" means the Sell With Heart Method™ or any other course, coaching programme, or educational product we offer — "Masterclass" means any free or paid live training event hosted by Dr Fern White — "Services" means all products, programmes, events, and communications we provide — "Website" means drfernwhite.com and practiceyourpassion.com
3. Eligibility
Our programmes and services are designed for qualified dental professionals including dentists, dental surgeons, and dental associates. By purchasing or registering, you confirm that you are a qualified dental professional or are otherwise working in the dental industry and that you are 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to decline an application or enrolment at our discretion.
4. Masterclass Registration
Our masterclasses are offered free of charge unless otherwise stated. By registering for a masterclass you agree to:
— Provide accurate registration details including your name, email address, and phone number — Receive emails and SMS messages related to the event including reminders and follow-up communications — Accept that we cannot guarantee technical performance of third-party platforms including Zoom
We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify a masterclass at any time. If a masterclass is cancelled we will notify registered participants by email. We are not liable for any costs incurred by you in connection with a rescheduled or cancelled event.
Masterclass content is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in any masterclass constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice specific to your situation.
5. Programme Enrolment and Payment
5.1 Enrolment Enrolment in a programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan. Access to programme materials will be provided following confirmation of payment.
5.2 Pricing All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of your transaction.
5.3 Payment Plans Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments on the dates specified. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access to programme materials until payment is received. Continued failure to pay may result in termination of your enrolment without refund of amounts already paid.
5.4 Payment Processing Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By providing payment details you agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/terms.
5.5 Currency and Taxes You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider. Prices do not include any local taxes, duties, or levies that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes.
6. Refund and Guarantee Policy
6.1 Performance Guarantee The Sell With Heart Method™ programme comes with a performance guarantee. If you complete the full programme — including attending the live coaching sessions, completing the workbooks, and implementing the 6P framework with your patients — and you do not make back your investment in actual revenue by the end of the programme period, you are entitled to a full refund.
To claim a refund under the performance guarantee you must:
— Have completed all modules and lessons in the programme — Have attended the live weekly coaching sessions — Have implemented the 6P consultation framework with a minimum number of patients as specified in the programme materials — Submit a refund request in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the programme end date — Provide evidence of completion and implementation as reasonably requested by us
6.2 Change of Mind We do not offer refunds for change of mind once programme access has been granted and materials have been accessed.
6.3 Free Masterclasses No payment is taken for free masterclass registrations and accordingly no refund applies.
6.4 Consumer Law Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract. Where we are required by law to provide a remedy, we will do so.
7. Programme Access and Delivery
7.1 Access Upon confirmed enrolment you will receive login credentials to access programme materials. Access is personal to you and is non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
7.2 Lifetime Access Where lifetime access is stated as part of the programme offering, this means access for as long as the programme is actively maintained and hosted by us. We reserve the right to retire or replace programme materials with updated content. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to programme access.
7.3 Live Sessions Live coaching sessions are scheduled at times communicated to enrolled participants. Sessions are recorded. If you are unable to attend a live session, access to the recording will be provided. We are not liable for technical difficulties experienced by you in accessing live sessions.
7.4 AI Consultant Trainer Where the AI Consultant Trainer is included in your programme, access is provided on the basis of current technology and platform availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace the AI tool as technology develops. Continued access is subject to the platform remaining operational.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within our programmes and on our websites — including but not limited to the Sell With Heart Method™, the 6P Framework, video lessons, workbooks, scripts, playbooks, written materials, and the Practice Your Passion™ name and branding — is the intellectual property of Practice Your Passion Pty Ltd and Dr Fern White.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials for your own professional development. You must not:
— Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials with any third party — Use programme content for commercial purposes including reselling, repackaging, or teaching the content to others — Record or screen-capture live sessions without our prior written consent — Remove or alter any intellectual property notices from materials
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may give rise to legal action.
9. Confidentiality
Programme materials including scripts, frameworks, and playbooks contain proprietary business information. By enrolling you agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to competitors or use it in a way that would damage our business interests.
Community discussions and content shared by other participants in group settings are also confidential. You agree not to share, reproduce, or disclose information shared by other participants without their consent.
10. Community Standards
Where access to a community platform is included in your programme, you agree to engage respectfully with other participants and our team at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community who engages in behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
Removal from the community for breach of these standards does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 Educational Purpose All programme content, masterclass content, and communications from us are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, medical, or professional advice specific to your individual circumstances. Results described by Dr Fern White or by programme participants reflect their individual experiences and are not guaranteed to be achievable by all participants.
11.2 No Guarantee of Specific Results While we are confident in the methodology we teach and stand behind it with our performance guarantee, individual results will vary depending on factors including your practice type, patient base, implementation effort, market conditions, and personal circumstances. We make no representation that any specific financial outcome will be achieved.
11.3 Health and Wellbeing Content Content relating to nervous system regulation, body reset, and physical wellbeing is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your physical health or wellbeing routine, particularly if you have existing health conditions or injuries.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practice Your Passion Pty Ltd and Dr Fern White are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, your participation in a programme or masterclass, or your reliance on any content we provide.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount you paid for the programme or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any programme or service at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing of materials, non-payment, or breach of community standards.
Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts paid.
You may withdraw from a programme at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at drfernwhite.com/privacy-policy. By using our services you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
15. Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve the use of third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zoom, Calendly, and ManyChat. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of any third-party platform.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If you are located outside Australia, you agree that Victorian law governs your use of our services regardless of where you are located.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Practice Your Passion Pty Ltd with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
